of basil, Grana Padano and Pecorino Romano cheeses, pine nuts, olive oil
and garlic make of this sauce one of the most appreciated and an interesting

You can try it in so many ways: on a pasta or rice dish, with mashed potatoes,
added to soups for enriching their taste (especially yummy in tomato or
minestrone soup), added to mayonnaise and served on green salad leaves,
spread on fish fillets (such as cod, wrapped in greaseproof paper and oven
