Pistachio Pesto can be added to freshly drained “al dente” pasta, without needing to be heated. It’s recommended that you toss the seasoned pasta in the pan before serving.
Ingredients: Basil, sunflower oil, chopped pistachio, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet), lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, lemon peel, garlic, Pecorino Romano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet), salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid. Contains milk, tree nuts (pistachio), sulfites.
