Farfalle Rinfusa (Multicolor Bow Tie Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta), is a
typical artisanal Italian Pasta made with durum wheat semolina, dried
vegetables and black squid ink.
“A Delicate” processing method: the long kneading, the slow pressing,
drawing and drying at a low temperature permit to preserve all the
characteristics of the durum wheat.
“All Natural Colors”: the yellow of turmeric, the green of spinaches, the dark
red of tomatoes and red beets, the orange of paprika, the black of cuttlefish
ink.

Take a saucepan and prepare a sauce with a dab of butter, half onion thiny
sliced, frozen peas and cooked ham cut into strips. Cook it until peas are
tender and you obtain a creamy sauce. Cook the Farfalle Rinfusa Pasta
until “al dente”, drain it, then toss in the saucepan with your sauce. A
