Farfalle Bianco-Nere (Black & White Bow Tie Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta),
is a typical artisanal Italian Pasta made with durum wheat semolina and
black squid ink.
“A Delicate” processing method: the long kneading, the slow pressing,
drawing and drying at a low temperature permit to preserve all the
characteristics of the durum wheat.
“All Natural Colors”: the white of the durum wheat semolina and the black of
cuttlefish ink.

Take a saucepan and prepare a vegetarian sauté with a drizzle of extra
virgin olive oil, a garlic clove and fresh vegetables cut into little cubes:
tomato, aubergines, bell peppers and black olives.
Cook the Black & White Farfalle Pasta until “al dente”, drain it, then toss
in the saucepan with your vegetable sauté. Serve topped with the basil
leaves!
